No-Bake Easter Dessert
When the holidays come around, like many families, we get together with our extended family – sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, in-laws – and celebrate. Usually with loads of food! When I was younger, I used to try to outdo myself year after year with homemade everything. Let’s just say I’ve wised up over the years and started to rely on good ol’ easy-to-put-together standbys, like this no-bake Easter bark. I know everyone will love it and it saves me tons of time, especially because holidays always tend to be so busy. It’s a total win win!

Customizing This Easter Bark
To create the base of this Easter Bark, I start by melting almond bark. This is a huge misnomer, in my opinion, because it contains no nuts whatsoever. It’s really just melting chocolate that can easily be found at craft stores, Target, Walmart, or Amazon.
Once the white chocolate is melted, I spread it into an even layer on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Next, I sprinkle on the toppings. For this Easter Bark, I like to bring in lots of Springy colors with pastel sprinkles and Cadbury candy-coated milk chocolate eggs. Crushed Oreos add a great crunch and taste to this bark, too. After all the toppings are sprinkled on top, I pop it in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate sets and the toppings are held in tight. I Break it apart with my hands or, if I want to get fancy, a sharp knife. And, that’s it – a tasty no-bake, no-fuss Easter dessert!

Bark for any holiday
This Easter Bark recipe is a great go-to for any holiday of course, not just Easter! There are all kinds of festive, holiday-specific sprinkles and candy for every holiday under the sun so get creative and enjoy spending minimal time putting this together, but maximum time enjoying it with your friends and family.
