Cake Donuts

These donuts are baked, not fried, and come together super quickly for a comforting seasonal treat. Subtly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg and coated in a cinnamon sugar topping, you'll be making these Pumpkin Cake Donuts on repeat this Fall.

Cake flour  All purpose flour Baking powder Baking soda Salt Ground cinnamon Ground nutmeg Unsalted butter Sugar Vanilla Eggs Pumpkin puree Buttermilk

These donuts are subtly pumpkin-y and gently spiced with all the warm Fall spices.

Fill a piping bag (or ziplock bag with the corner sniped off) with batter, pipe into donut pans and bake.

Then, to finish them off, dip in melted butter on both sides and dredge in cinnamon sugar topping.

Enjoy a donut with coffee or tea!
