No Bake  Cheesecake Bars

These easy cheesecake bars come together super quickly. With a no-bake cheesecake filling, loads of sweet caramel apples on top and a salty pretzel crust that doubles as a topping, you’ll love every bite of these sweet, salty, lusciously creamy dessert bars!

For the crust, the salt from the pretzels creates just enough contrast of salty with the sweet of the caramel and slight tang of the Granny Smith Apples.

INGREDIENTS

twist pretzels unsalted butter brown sugar ground cinnamon cream cheese heavy cream sugar tart apples lemon juice

Let the apples cook and then add in the brown sugar to create that caramel sauce.

Prepare the creamy filling and spread evenly over the crust.

Once you add the apple topping, you need to give the bars a couple of hours to chill and set. Then enjoy!
