Sourdough Soft Pretzels

These Sourdough Soft Pretzels are so reminiscent of those ballpark pretzels. Not quite as big, but certainly big on flavor, texture, and salt!

– Sourdough starter – Bread flour – Dry milk  – Sugar – Salt – Oil – Instant yeast  – Melted butter – coarse pretzel salt

The sourdough starter elevates the flavor, not making them taste sour. 

Shaping a pretzel for the first time can be a bit intimidating, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually pretty straightforward.

You can top them salt, dunk them in sugar and cinnamon or dip them in some sauce of choice!
