– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter – 1 package (10 oz., about 40) marshmallows – No-taste red food coloring – 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal – ½ of 24-ounce package of vanilla almond bark – Lollipop sticks – Sprinkles

Make Rice Krispie Treats: In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in 2-3 drops red food coloring. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until evenly coated. Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into prepared pan. Allow to cool.

Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out heart shapes by pressing cookie cutter into treats. You may need a knife to cut through treats completely by tracing around heart shape. Press lollipop stick straight through bottom of each heart, pushing about halfway through the heart. Place on wire rack set on top of a parchment lined baking sheet

Dip: Melt almond bark in medium bowl for 60 seconds at 50% power, stir and continue to microwave until completely melted, stirring in between. Once completely melted, dip one side of Rice Krispie treat into the chocolate, allow excess to drip into bowl and place on wire rack. Sprinkle with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.  Allow to set completely.
