Peppermint Bark Brownies

Peppermint Bark has become almost synonymous with the holidays. Such an iconic treat with that pepperminty, milk chocolatey flavor combination. It’s such a great holiday goodie for gifting and I bet you’ve already gotten some or will before the holidays are over!

Instead of baking up some good ol' chocolatey brownies in an 8x8 pan, let's make them thinner in a 9x13.

Let the brownies chill before adding the 2nd layer - the peppermint bark. This will make smoothing it over the top much smoother.

Chill the treat once more to make adding the ganache to the top simple and easy. It'll cool in the fridge for a final time before slicing into and serving.

Don't let these holiday peppermint brownies sit too long - you'll eat them yourself but they make great gifts too!
