You can use my pizza dough recipe to make these pizza breadsticks, however, store-bought pizza dough from the grocery store or refrigerated pizza crust can easily be used instead.

I would recommend making a full batch of pizza dough and dividing it in half - use half to make pizzas and half to make these breadsticks.

Pizza dough can be made overnight according to the recipe instructions or it can be made the same day. Use instant yeast instead of active dry yeast.

If you prefer thinner breadsticks, continue pressing the dough gently into a larger rectangle.

Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to slice into breadsticks. Serve plain or with marinara sauce for dipping.
